  • KOMBUCHA APPLE FIZZ

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • Plenty of ice
    • Small handful of mint
    • 150ml of Kombucha
    • 3 slices of fresh apple

    Method:

    • To prepare the SodaStream Sparkling Water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • Place both the ice and mint in a glass. Top with Kombucha, then fill with SodaStream sparkling water.
    • Garnish with slices of apple.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream Classics Sugar Free Cola flavoured sparkling water
    • 20ml spiced rum
    • 10ml triple sec
    • 10ml gin
    • 10ml vodka
    • 10ml tequila
    • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
    • 20ml lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon chai powder
    • Ice

    Method:

    • Step 1:Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • Step 2:Slowly add a capful of SodaStream’s Classic Sugar Free Cola Sparkling Drink Mix. Combine by gently shaking.
    • Step 3:Place spiced rum, triple sec, gin, vodka and tequila into cocktail shaker. Add sugar, lemon juice and chai powder. Shake until sugar is dissolved.
    • To serve: Fill a glass with ice. Top with cocktail mix followed by the SodaStream Cola.
    • Garnish with lemon slices.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs of your choice (for example, mint, rosemary, basil, lavender)

    Method:

    • Add your desired combination of herbs to bottom of a drinking glass. Next press and twist the herbs with a muddler or the handle of a rolling pin to release their flavour.
    • Add ice, then pour in sparkling water to the top. Stir gently to combine flavours.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup sparkling water
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 black tea bag
    • 60ml whiskey
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 8 whole cloves
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 slice fresh lemon

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Prepare the Hot Toddy. In a sauce pot bring water to boil and infuse tea bag.
    • Add whiskey, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves, lemon juice.
    • Bring to boil for 10-15 minutes. Strain spices and add extra honey to taste.
    • Let cool and top with sparkling water.
    • Garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!

  • ROSEMARY CITRUS WINTER SPRITZER

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • 8 sprigs of rosemary, cut in halves
    • 4 tablespoons of sugar
    • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
    • 45ml of Gin per glass (optional)

    Method:

    • To prepare the SodaStream Sparkling Water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • In a pitcher or jug, combine rosemary sprigs and sugar, bruising them with the end of a wooden spoon or rolling pin until the rosemary becomes aromatic. Add lemon juice and orange juice, then stir to combine until sugar is dissolved.
    • To serve: Fill a glass with ice. Top with 45ml Rosemary Citrus Mixer, add Gin if desired, then top with SodaStream sparkling water.
    • Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon slices.

  • COCONUT LYCHEE RUM SOUR

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • 400g of lychees (drained), for garnish
    • 100ml freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 1 heaped tablespoon dark brown sugar
    • 270ml full-cream coconut milk
    • Ice cubes, crushed
    • 45ml Rum, per drink (optional)

    Method:

    • To prepare the SodaStream Sparkling Water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • Place lychees, lime juice, brown sugar and coconut milk in a blender and pulse until smooth.
    • To serve: Fill a glass with ice. Top with lychee mixture and dark rum if desired. Mix gently, then add as much SodaStream sparkling water as is desired.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric powder
    • 1/4 a teaspoon of ginger power
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
    • 100ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 100ml freshly squeezed pineapple juice
    • 100ml freshly squeezed celery juice
    • 1 stick of celery to garnish
    • To prepare the SodaStream Sparkling Water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • Place turmeric powder, ginger powder, honey, flaxseed oil, orange juice, pineapple juice and celery juice into a blender and combine.
    • To serve: Fill a glass with ice. Top with turmeric mixture, then add SodaStream sparkling water. Garnish with a celery stick.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Lime
    • 60 ml Gin
    • 120 ml SodaStream Classics Tonic flavoured sparkling water
    • Rosemary
    • Cucumber
    • Ice

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water and slowly add SodaStream Classics Tonic flavoured Sparkling Water. Mix well.
    • Place ice into a glass. Add in gin, top up with some Classics Tonic flavoured sparkling water and squeeze in some lime juice. Stir well.
    • Garnish with either a slice of cucumber and some rosemary or just a slice of lime. Your choice!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water
    • 2 teaspoons of Matcha Powder
    • 1/2 cup of still water
    • 1 lime, halved and juiced
    • 1/2 tablespoons of honey
    • Mint leaves, for mixing
    • 1 lime sliced, for garnish
    • Mint leaves, for garnish
    • 2 cups of crushed ice

    Method:

    • To prepare the SodaStream Sparkling Water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
    • Place Matcha powder, water, lime juice, honey and mint leaves in a jar. Secure lid and shake vigorously until smooth.
    • Pour the Matcha mixer into the SodaStream bottle of sparkling water. Gently combine.
    • To serve: Fill a glass with ice. Top with sparkling Matcha drink mix. Garnish with lime slices and mint.
