MATCHPOINT MOCKTAIL

    • BLOODY FIZZ

      Ingredients:

      • 1 blood orange, sliced
      • 60ml Gin
      • 1 litre sparkling water

      Method:

      • Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water.
      • Place ice into a glass. Add Gin, top up with sparkling water and add blood orange slices. Stir.
      • Garnish with a slice of blood orange if desired.
      • Serve and enjoy!

      Ingredients:

      • Juice of 1 lemon
      • 250g fresh beetroot, thinly sliced
      • 3cm fresh ginger, peeled & sliced in to fine strips
      • 240ml Rye Whiskey (optional)
      • 1 litre sparkling water

      Method:

      • Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water.
      • Place all ingredients together in a jug. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired.
      • Serve & enjoy!

    • DRAGONFRUIT PUNCH

      Ingredients:

      • 3 shots Vodka
      • 2 litres SodaStream Zeros Lemonade flavoured sparkling water
      • Handful pomegranate seeds
      • 1 cucumber, sliced
      • 1 dragonfruit, sliced

      Method:

      • Directions:
      • Carbonate 2 SodaStream bottles of cold water and add SodaStream Zeros Lemonade flavour. Mix well.

      • To make the punch:
      • Fill a jug or punch bowl with ice, dragonfruit slices, cucumber slices, and pomegranate seeds. Add Vodka and top with SodaStream Zeros Lemonade flavoured sparkling water.

      Ingredients:

      • 1 handful of mint
      • 1 lime, sliced
      • 1 lemon, sliced
      • 45ml Gin
      • 1 litre sparkling water

      Method:

      • Directions:
      • Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water.
      • Combine the lemon, lime and mint leaves with the sparkling water and gently muddle. Add the Gin.
      • Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime. Serve and enjoy!

      Ingredients:

      • Juice of 1 lemon
      • 350g cherries, sliced in half and pitted
      • 240ml Gin (optional)
      • 2 tsp edible flowers (or dried rose petals)
      • 1 litre sparkling water

      Method:

      • Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water.
      • Place all of the ingredients together in a jar or jug and leave to infuse overnight.
      • Pour into a glass & garnish with fresh cherries & ice. Tip: for a special touch, freeze some ice-cubes with rose petals inside & use those to garnish.
      • Serve & enjoy!
      CHERRY FLORAL WATER

      Ingredients:

      • 400g watermelon
      • 400g rockmelon
      • 2 sprigs of rosemary
      • 240ml Vodka (optional)
      • 1 litre sparkling water

      Method:

      • Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water.
      • Use a melon baller to scoop out the contents of the watermelon & rockmelon in to small round balls. Place the melon balls in a glass and top with sparkling water.
      • Add Vodka if desired and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve and enjoy!

    • ENCHANTED ROSE

      Ingredients:

      • 250g strawberries
      • 1 shot Vodka
      • 30ml Lime juice
      • SodaStream FRUITS Lemonade flavoured Sparkling Water
      • Ice

      Method:

      • Prepare the flavoured water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Add a capful of SodaStream FRUITS lemonade flavoured sparkling water and mix.
      • Add strawberries, vodka, lime juice and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and slowly push the berries through with a spoon.
      • Pour mixture into glass and top with lemonade flavoured sparkling water. Serve with a strawberry garnish and enjoy!

      Ingredients:

      • 1 Peach, sliced
      • 1 Nectarine, sliced
      • 6 basil leaves
      • 30ml lemon juice
      • 45ml Gin
      • 30ml Simple Syrup
      • Sparkling Water
      • Ice

      Method:

      • Combine the peaches, nectarines and basil leaves with the lemon juice and gently muddle.
      • Add the gin, simple syrup and sparkling water. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!

    • MATCHPOINT MOCKTAIL

      Ingredients:

      • Passionfruit, halved
      • 1 Lime, sliced
      • 1 tbs, Agave syrup
      • 6 Mint leaves
      • 6 Strawberries
      • Sparkling Water
      • Ice

      Method:

      • Muddle half of the passion-fruit and 4 slices of lime in a glass. Add agave syrup and mint leaves. Mix well.
      • Combine strawberries and ice in a blender then add to glass. Top up with sparkling water.
      • Add passionfruit and mint leaves to garnish. Serve and enjoy!
