Australian CO2 Cylinders use a specific cylinder thread, so you may not be able to find these compatible Cylinders anywhere other than in Australia. If you have bought a Cylinder or a Sparkling Water Maker from outside of Australia, it will not work to Australian standards.

Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.) and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside of mainland Australia.

Your order will be delivered by our nominated transport courier service. When placing an order you agree to an Authority To Leave delivery. When no one is available to accept the item, the driver may leave the delivery in a secure place at the address. In some cases a card may be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery. A telephone number will be included on the card for the recipient to ring to re-arrange the delivery. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

By placing an order with SodaStream, you agree that the consignment will be left at the location if you are not present at the time of the delivery. Please be aware that SodaStream cannot be held responsible for the absence of the goods, if proof of delivery is provided by the transport company and supplied to you.

SodaStream has a no returns or cancellations policy on all orders placed through our website, please be sure of your purchase before finalising it. Orders from our website are final and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless faulty. Faulty goods will only be accepted for return with the inclusion of a receipt. This does not impede upon your Consumer Rights.
