To exchange your cylinder at a participating Coles Express outlet, simply take your empty cylinder into the store, pay for the exchange, and a Coles Express staff member will provide you with a key to access the SodaStream Cylinder Exchange unit located near the entrance of the store.
Your empty cylinder can be exchanged for a full one for $19, or you can purchase a new Cylinder for $35.
Once you exchange the empty for the full you just need to lock the unit and return the key to the staff member.
