The Festive Fizz
Ingredients:
● SodaStream sparkling water
● 15ml @SodaPressCo Zesty Ginger Kombucha
● 15ml Lemon Juice
● 2 slivers fresh ginger
● 1 sage leaf, to garnish
● 45ml bourbon or whiskey (optional)
Method:
To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate. Combine SodaPress Zesty Ginger Kombucha, bourbon or whiskey and lemon juice in a glass with ice and shake. Top with SodaStream sparkling water. Garnish with fresh ginger and sage.
