Not-So-Naughty Christmas Mocktail

Ingredients:

• SodaStream sparkling water
• 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered (in dish)
• Juice of half a lemon
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 capful of SodaStream ZEROS Lemonade soda mix
• 14 fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
• 1 sprig fresh basil, for garnish
• 1 fresh strawberry, for garnish

Method:
To Prepare the SodaStream sparkling water. Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.

Add strawberries, ZEROS lemonade soda mix, lemon juice, vanilla extract and basil to a large jug.

Muddle together and leave to infuse overnight.

Add two large pinches of freshly cracked pepper into the mix and stir to combine. Spoon two large tablespoons of mixture in a glass and top with SodaStream sparkling water.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of basil.
