  • SPARKLING LEMON DROP MARTINI

    Ingredients:

    • 2 shots of lemon vodka
    • 1 ½ shots of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    • Pinch of sugar
    • 1 lemon, to garnish
    • 2 shots of Sparkling Water

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Add lemon vodka, lemon juice, sugar and sparkling water into a shaker, over ice and shake for 15 seconds.
    • Pour into a glass with or without ice and top up with extra sparkling water if required.
    • Garnish with a lemon slice. Tip: add sugar to the rim for something a little sweeter.

  • BLACKBERRY CUCUMBER GIN COCKTAIL

    Ingredients:

    • Small handful of blackberries
    • Mint leaves
    • 1 shot gin
    • 1 shot blackberry simple syrup
    • 1 shot Lemon juice
    • SodaStream Homestyle Lemon Squash flavoured Sparkling Water
    • Sliced cucumbers for garnish
    • Lemon wedges for garnish
    • Crushed ice

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Make the simple syrup: Combine the blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to boil.
    • Continue to boil for 2 minutes and then remove from heat to cool.
    • To make the cocktail: In a glass muddle the blackberries and mint leaves and top with crushed ice.
    • In a cocktail shaker add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake for 30 seconds.
    • Pour into the glass and top off with the Homestyle Lemon Squash flavoured sparkling water.
    • Garnish with a slice of lemon, sliced cucumber and mint leaves. Enjoy!
    BLACKBERRY CUCUMBER GIN COCKTAIL
  • ZESTY ICE TEA

    Ingredients:

    • Orange zest
    • Boiling water
    • 2 Black Tea bags
    • 30 ml Mint simple syrup
    • 60 ml scotch
    • Sparkling Water
    • Ice
    • Mint

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Remove zest from two oranges. Infuse tea bags in hot water with orange zest and refrigerate till cold.
    • In a glass, add mint simple syrup, scotch and ice. Add orange zest and chilled tea.
    • Top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
    ZESTY ICE TEA
  • CHILLED HOT TODDY

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup sparkling water
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 black tea bag
    • 60ml whiskey
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 8 whole cloves
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 slice fresh lemon

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Prepare the Hot Toddy. In a sauce pot bring water to boil and infuse tea bag.
    • Add whiskey, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves, lemon juice.
    • Bring to boil for 10-15 minutes. Strain spices and add extra honey to taste.
    • Let cool and top with sparkling water.
    • Garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
    CHILLED HOT TODDY
  • TEDDY BEAR SPARKLING JUICE

    Ingredients:

    • Pineapple juice
    • Guava Nectar
    • Sparkling water

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • In a glass, fill one third with pineapple juice and another third with guava nectar.
    • Top up with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!
    TEDDY BEAR SPARKLING JUICE
  • ULTIMATE CHOC ICE CREAM FLOAT

    Ingredients:

    • Drizzle of chocolate syrup
    • Chocolate ice cream
    • ice cream cone
    • your favourite chocolate bar (we used Kit Kats!)
    • SodaStream Classics Ginger Beer flavoured sparkling water

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Add 1 capful of ginger beer syrup & mix by gently rotating your bottle from side to side.
    • Drizzle chocolate inside serving glass & add in 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream.
    • Top with Ginger Beer flavoured sparkling water & stir contents.
    • Decorate with an ice cream cone filled with another scoop -or two!- of chocolate ice cream
    • Add your chocolate bar of choice for that ultimate touch. Enjoy the chocolate overload immediately!
    ULTIMATE CHOC ICE CREAM FLOAT
  • ORANGE SPARKLES

    Ingredients:

    • 3 shots Vodka
    • 1 L Fruits Citrus Flavoured Sparkling Water
    • Handful Pomegranate seeds
    • Oranges sliced
    • Rosemary sprigs

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Fill a jug with ice, orange slices, rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
    • Add vodka and top with fruits citrus flavoured sparkling water.
    • Serve and enjoy!
    ORANGE SPARKLES
  • GIN AND TONIC

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Lime
    • 60 ml Gin
    • 120 ml SodaStream Classics Tonic flavoured sparkling water
    • Rosemary
    • Cucumber
    • Ice

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water and slowly add SodaStream Classics Tonic flavoured Sparkling Water. Mix well.
    • Place ice into a glass. Add in gin, top up with some Classics Tonic flavoured sparkling water and squeeze in some lime juice. Stir well.
    • Garnish with either a slice of cucumber and some rosemary or just a slice of lime. Your choice!
    GIN AND TONIC
  • MATCHA COCKTAIL

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
    • 60 ml Gin
    • 4 tbs lime juice
    • 3 tbs simple syrup
    • Lime, sliced
    • Strawberry, sliced
    • Mint leaves
    • 1 L Sparkling water
    • Ice

    Method:

    • Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Add the Matcha tea powder into a cocktail shaker and slowly add 1 cup of sparkling water mixing to make a smooth Matcha paste.
    • To the paste add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup.
    • In two glasses place lime, strawberry and mint and muddle well.
    • Add ice and the Matcha.
    • Top with sparkling water and serve.
    MATCHA COCKTAIL
  • SPARKLING MULLED WINE

    Ingredients:

    • 2/3 cup Sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • Lemons, sliced
    • Oranges, sliced
    • Cloves
    • Cinnamon sticks
    • 1 Bottle dry red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon
    • 1/4 cup Cranberry Juice
    • Sparkling Water

    Method:

    • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
    • Make the sugar syrup. In a small saucepan, dissolve the sugar and water together until sugar is fully dissolved. Set aside.
    • In a large saucepan combine lemons, oranges, cloves, cinnamon sticks, red wine, and cranberry Juice. Cook over low heat (do not boil) for 30 minutes.
    • Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture.
    • Strain the mulled wine into and a pitcher and top with sparkling water. Serve warm with cinnamon sticks to garnish. Enjoy!
    SPARKLING MULLED WINE
  • GOLDEN GAYTIME FIZZ

    Ingredients:

    • 2-3 scoops of Blue Ribbon Golden Gaytime icecream
    • 1 shot Baileys
    • SodaStream Classics Ginger Beer flavoured sparkling water
    • 1 Golden Gaytime icecream stick
    • Chocolate Syrup (Any brand of your choice)

    Method:

    • Prepare sparkling water: Fizz 1 litre of cold fresh water and flavour with a cap of SodaStream Ginger Beer Flavour. Mix well.
    • Fill a glass with 2-3 scoops of Golden Gaytime icecream. Add a shot of Baileys. Top with Ginger Beer flavoured sparkling water.
    • Garnish with a Golden Gaytime ice-cream stick & some chocolate chocolate syrup for those instagram worthy looks!
    • Serve & enjoy!
    GOLDEN GAYTIME FIZZ
  • SPARKLING CUCUMBER SLUSHIE

    Ingredients:

    • 60ml Lime Cordial
    • Cucumber slices
    • Lime slices
    • 30ml Gin
    • Sparkling water
    • Ice

    Method:

    • Add the lime cordial and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.
    • Pour into a glass with cucumber and lime slices. Add 30ml of gin, top with sparkling water and stir.
    • Garnish with lime slice. Serve and enjoy!
